SWITCHES
Airtrol’s pressure and vacuum switches activate (or deactivate) an electrical connection at a given setpoint. Applications include monitoring pressures of various fluids, controlling compressors or pumps, indicator lights and controlling electrical signals to other devices. Setpoint adjustment ranges from 0.05 to 100 Psi (pressure) & 0.02 to 30″Hg (vacuum). Four different mounting styles are available. Other options include barbed fittings, gold contacts, various diaphragm materials & deadband ranges. Factory preset switches are available. Air valve switches are also offered, where intrinsic safety is required.
PRECISION ORIFICES
These molded restrictors feature accuracy comparable to jewel orifices at a fraction of the cost. Plain orifices have a straight connection for 1/16″ ID tubing. 17 color coded sizes ranging from 0.003″ to 0.040″ in diameter. Orifices with an integral filter and barbs for 1/16″ and 1/8″ ID tubing are available. The same 17 color codes are used and these barbed restrictors have the flow direction and orifice size marked on the body. In-line filters are also an option. These filters use the same sized bodies for 1/16″ and 1/8″ ID tubing.
REGULATORS
Airtrol’s pressure and vacuum regulators reduce a variable supply to a steady output setting. Pressure applications include Oxygen concentrators, ventilators, HVAC systems and custom machinery. Vacuum applications include medical equipment, pick ‘n place, laboratory instruments and process control. Several output ranges up to 90 Psi (pressure) and 30″Hg (vacuum). Various adjustment styles and factory preset models. Available mounting styles are panel, base or manifold. Special options include a brass adjustment shaft and Oxygen clean parts.
